Occasionally we may take photos or videos in classes for promotional or training purposes. Please tick the box if you DO give us permission to use these images for these purposes (including on social media).
Non-walkers and toddlers: By enrolling you are agreeing to assume responsibility for overseeing the safety of your child at class. Although we try our best to provide a safe environment, we do not assume liability for the health and safety of you or your family. Children are likely to be attracted to some of our toys and props which may contain small parts, and we do not encourage you to let them put them in their mouths. Non-walkers and toddlers: The parent/carer is expected to participate in the class, and encourage their child to do the same. Children do not have to actively participate but should be encouraged to listen and observe and join in when they feel ready. Some children prefer to just watch, and this is perfectly acceptable as long as they do not cause a distraction to others. Sessions not attended for reasons such as sickness, holidays etc. cannot be carried forward or refunded. Refunds will be considered in exceptional circumstances. If you cannot attend a class, you can swap to a different class for that week only, with prior agreement of the teacher. If the behaviour of you or your child is deemed as unacceptable by us, you may be asked to leave. A refund for classes not attended will be given in these circumstances.
